REFUND POLICY

Events and Digital Products Refund Policy

By purchasing a ticket to our event, "100K a Month Tax Advisory Workshop", you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Digital Products and Bonuses

All digital products and bonuses provided with the purchase of an event ticket are non-refundable. The value of these digital assets is greater than the ticket investment of $997. Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for these items once access has been granted.

Subscription Trial

As a bonus, you will receive a one year free trial subscription to Tax Maverick. After the 12 months have passed, a $297 monthly recurring charge will apply. If you do not wish to continue the subscription, you must cancel before the end of your 12-month free trial to avoid this charge. Once billed, the subscription fee is non-refundable

Event Attendance and Refunds

We offer a full refund of $997 if you attend our two-day event, 100K a Month Tax Advisory Workshop, and feel that you did not receive value from the experience.

To qualify for this refund, the following conditions must be met:

• You must attend the full two-day event.

• Attendance is tracked through our digital monitoring systems and records must confirm your participation.

Non-Attendance Policy

If you do not attend the event, your ticket will be credited towards any future events. This credit remains valid until you attend an event. No refunds will be issued for non-attendance.

Refund Policy for Tax Advisor Accelerator Program

Money-Back Guarantee:

a. Investment Doubling Guarantee

Tax Maverick is committed to delivering value through the Tax Advisor Accelerator Program. To qualify for a full refund under our Investment Doubling Guarantee, you must meet the following conditions:

i. Attendance: Attend all daily coaching sessions per week since Day One.

ii. Implementation: Complete all action items as tailored by your Client Success Manager during one-on-one sessions.

iii. Documentation: Maintain and provide a comprehensive digital documentation of all activities. This includes, but is not limited to, notes taken, screenshots of implementation, attendance records for coaching sessions, and leads and sales reports.

b. 72-Hour Refund Window

Any deposits done, except for the fees incurred, are refundable within 72 hours if you change your mind or lack sufficient funds. But beyond 72 hours, a refund will only be issued if all specified criteria in a.i, a.ii, and a.iii have been met.

c. Refund Request Process

i. Submission: All refund requests must be sent to support@taxmaverick.com.

ii. Review: Refund requests will be reviewed within 14 days of submission.

iii. Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of approval.

d. Additional Terms

Case-by-Case Refunds: Beyond the Investment Doubling Guarantee, TM may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis. Factors influencing such considerations include, but are not limited to, the duration of your engagement with TM and the extent of services rendered. Due to significant onboarding costs, 50% of the Client fee is non-refundable. Refundable amounts will be adjusted based on the duration of service provided by TM and can only be provided if client met the criteria stated in a.i, a.ii, and a.iii of the agreement.
